Are there sales reps in the field or can I order on line?
Canoe Valley works with sales reps in the field and we also accept orders on line. If you do decide to order on line, we'll send your rep a copy of your order so they can follow up. Our seasoned sales people are ambassadors to help you succeed in your business.
What areas do you currently service?
Canoe Valley is expanding it's geographical territory every year. We currently service Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. Please get in touch for up to date listings.
What's the best way to open an account with Canoe Valley?
There are a couple of options. First, register to get access to the entire website. Second, fill out an application which you will find on our customer service page. It's your choice. Either way, we'll be happy to have you on board.
How long will delivery take?
We usually ship same day. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 1-2 days of shipping.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Shopping in our on-line store is very secure and your data is protected. We use SSL on our entire site. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer. It provides a secure connection between internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. Sites secured with SSL display a padlock in the browsers URL and possibly a green address bar if secured by an EV Certificate. Your personal data including credit card information is never stored on our servers. We use high level encryption technologies to protect your information. We will never sell or rent your data.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order moves to our customer service department for approval. The order is checked for any errors and once approved your order is sent to the warehouse for processing.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. All orders will be accompanied with an invoice with predefined terms.
